Task Manager is a built-in interface in ImportFromWeb that lets you run web scraping tasks without formulas. It’s designed to handle large volumes of pages, automate recurring extractions (hourly, daily, etc.), and store all data for historical tracking.

📌 Note: The Task Manager is only available with our Business and Enterprise plans.

🔓 How to Access It

  1. In your Google Sheet, go to the top menu bar
  2. Click: ExtensionsImportFromWebStart using the Task Manager
  3. The Task Manager window will open inside your spreadsheet

From there, you can create scraping tasks, schedule them, and start leveraging the full power of large-scale, automated web scraping.
