…or design your own Amazon Listings Quality Auditor

Build a custom extractor directly in Google Sheets, fully tailored to your data structure, workflow, and the specific insights you need to extract or monitor.

Discover all available Amazon product data points

Step by step

First of all, make sure you have installed the ImportFromWeb add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Then, follow the step-by-step process below:

Open a new Google Sheets and activate ImportFromWeb

To activate the add-on, go to Extensions > ImportFromWeb > Activate add-on.

Activate ImportFromWeb add-on

Input the URLs of the ASINs you want to analyze

ImportFromWeb takes two parameters: a URL and one or more data selectors.

You can input the product URLs directly or build them using the product ASINs: ="https://www.amazon.com/dp/"&A2 (where column A contains all your ASINs).

Input the data selectors

Data selectors describe the specific content you want to import from your ASINs.

To build an Amazon Listings Quality Auditor, you need the title, the bullet_points, the description, the image_x_source and the has_video data selectors. You can find all available data selectors in the Amazon product selectors glossary.

This is what your spreadsheet should look like:

Write the =IMPORTFROMWEB() function and extract the PDPs content

Just type the following formula into cell C2: =IMPORTFROMWEB(B2,C1:G1)

Within seconds, you’ll get the data for the first ASIN.

Scale the collection process

After locking the data selector range with $ symbol, drag the formula down from cell C2 to apply it to all rows:
=IMPORTFROMWEB(B2,$C$1:$G$1)
