…or design your own Amazon ASIN Geo Tracker

Looking for something personalized? Build your own Amazon ASIN Geo Tracker in Google Sheets the way you like it.

Step by step

Start by installing the ImportFromWeb add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Next, follow these easy steps:

Open a new Google Sheets and activate ImportFromWeb

To activate the add-on, go to Extensions > ImportFromWeb > Activate add-on.

Input the URLs or the ASINs of the linstings you want to analyze

ImportFromWeb needs two inputs: a URL and at least one data selector.

You can enter the product URLs directly, or generate them from ASINs using this formula: ="https://www.amazon.com/dp/"&A2 (assuming column A holds your ASINs).

Input the Amazon product selectors

Data selectors specify the exact information you want to pull from Amazon product pages.
Choose the selectors you need from our Amazon product selectors glossary and add them to your spreadsheet.

For this example, we’re using fastest_delivery, normal_delivery, and buybox_winner.

This is what your spreadsheet should look like:

Write the =IMPORTFROMWEB() function

Just add this formula: =IMPORTFROMWEB(B2,C1:E1,"amazon_location:us_zip_87121")

The amazon_location:us_zip_87121 data point is customizable.
Here, we used ZIP code 87121 for New York, but you can replace it with any ZIP code you want (e.g., 92154 for Chicago, 37211 for Los Angeles, etc.).

Within seconds, you’ll get the data for the first listing.

Scale the collection process

Once you’ve added the $ symbols around your data selectors, drag the formula down to the last row:
=IMPORTFROMWEB(B2,$C$1:$E$1,"amazon_location:us_zip_87121")

You can now monitor your listings locally, keeping track of delivery times, Buy Box winners, and other key data directly from your spreadsheet.

Monitor your regional Amazon performance

Tracking ASIN performance geographically is crucial for sellers who want to maximize reach and efficiency. Many brands overlook regional variations in delivery speed and buy box dynamics, which can lead to lost sales or suboptimal stock placement. Amazon ASIN Geo Tracker solves this by providing actionable insights:

  • Delivery data per region helps identify where prime or standard shipments may be slow, allowing sellers to adjust fulfillment or efforts
  • Tracking buy box winners regionally uncovers areas where competitors dominate, giving the opportunity to implement pricing strategies or promotional campaigns
  • Sellers can identify high-demand areas and plan inventory distribution to reduce shipping costs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Regional insights help brands anticipate seasonal or local trends, such as peak demand in certain states, improving forecasting accuracy

By integrating this data into a simple Google Sheets template, sellers save hours of manual tracking and can make informed decisions faster. Whether you manage multiple products or monitor competitors’ ASINs, this solution provides a clear picture of how your items perform across markets, supporting better operational and marketing strategies.
